BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CLIENT (RESEARCHER) PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

Contract Overview

You agree that by clicking “Sign up”, using our services (described below), you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Uconnectpro Inc. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy. We may, from time to time, and without notice, change or add to the Website or the information, products or services described in it. However, we do not undertake to keep the Website updated. We are not liable to you or anyone else if any error occurs in the information on the website or if that information is not current

Change of Contract:

We may modify this Contract, our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to it, we will provide you notice through our Services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. If you object to any changes, you may close your account via our contact Us form. Your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these terms means that you are consenting to the updated terms.

Eligibility:

You will not use our signup-required services if you:

are under the age of 16;
are suspended from using the Website; or
do not hold a valid email address.

All free user accounts are associated with individuals. Login credentials should not be shared by users with others. The individual associated with the account will be held responsible for all actions taken by the account, without limitation.

Users may provide a business name or a company name, which is associated with the User’s Account. Users acknowledge and agree that where a business name or company name is associated with their Account, this User Agreement is a contract with the User as an individual (not the business or company) and Users remain solely responsible for all activity undertaken in respect of their Account.

We may, at our absolute discretion, refuse to register any person or entity as a User.

You cannot transfer or assign any rights or obligations you have under this agreement without prior written consent.

Securing your account

Members are account holders. You agree to: (1) try to choose a strong and secure password; (2) keep your password secure and confidential; (3) not transfer any part of your account. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.

Changes to the Databases

We may amend and/or update the Databases from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on the Databases may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that the Databases, or any content in them will be free from errors or omissions.

Accessing the Database

The Databases are made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the Databases or any content in them, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Databases without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason any Database is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Databases through your internet connection are aware of these terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

If any of the information is about you or your organisation, please contact us using the details below should you wish us to amend the content to correct any inaccuracy, or remove it from our Database(s).
